At Brimecombe Athlete Management , we provide expert services to help athletes improve their careers and achieve their goals. Our team of experienced consultants has a track record of success in a range of industries, and we pride ourselves on delivering customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each of our athletes.
A successful athlete manager is a partner who understands the unique needs, wants and goals of the athlete. It is our responsibility to act as a liaison between the athlete and various stakeholders, including coaches, organizations, corporate sponsors, and the media. Negotiating contracts, securing endorsements, and ensuring the athlete’s brand is protected are all vital services we provide. Additionally, we provide emotional support and guidance, by acting as a mentor and confidant for all our players.
Our firm is unique compared to others, as we offer two management routes depending on the athlete needs and wants:
1) Athlete Management Flat Fee Program
2) Athlete Management Percentage Fee Program
The Flat Fee Program is designed for athletes who are looking for a management firm to represent them for a known yearly fee. Athletes who choose this program, do not have to worry about percentages, future fees or expenditures. This program offers the athlete peace of mind when working with us. This program is based on a yearly contract.
The Percentage Fee Program is designed for athletes who are looking for more flexibility with their management firm. BAAMS is committed to a 3%-5% rate and is based on a yearly contract. Fees will be determined based on sport, athlete salaries, league regulations, NCAA regulations, endorsement deals, and branding opportunities.
